Timekeepers/ Lap Counter Operators – To ensure that this meet is recognised as a Qualifying Meet a minimum of two timekeepers will be required for each lane. Additional volunteers are required to operate the lap counters. It would be appreciated if each swimmer (NOT family) could provide at least one volunteer for the duration of the Meet. This will ensure that we have sufficient resources to run the meet.
We will be using the Dolphin Timing System and will be taking Splits Please familiarise yourself with instructions for use which are included in the Meet Program. Please ask at the Meet if you are unsure.
The instructions for operating the Lap counters are also included in the Meet program.

Medals – Medals will be awarded to the top 3 male and female swimmers in the “11 & Under” and “12-13Yrs“ age groups. Medals can be collected at the conclusion of the Meet.
Pooldeck safety – MDASA requests that pooldeck remains clear at all times, for the safety of Technical Officials, and to allow them to operate effectively. Attendees should not be standing on pool deck, with the exception of swimmers receiving feedback from their Coach. Please remain seated as much as possible and be aware that those around you also wish to have a good view of the pool. Thank you for being courteous and considerate.
