Download Meet Program – Please note that this is Provisional. Reseeding may occur based on number of competitors present at the Meet.
Download Volunteer Roster – If you are unable to fulfill your allocated position as listed on the Volunteer Roster, it would be appreciated if you are able to find a replacement. This will ensure that we have sufficient resources to run the meet. If you are unable to find someone to take your spot, please let Jo Peters (0438 823 965) know ASAP.
Download Entry List – Please check this list carefully (including entry times) and if there are any errors or, if you are listed as No Time, but would like to include an estimated training time supplied by your coach for seeding purposes, please let Jo Peters (0438 823 965) know by midday Tuesday 2nd September.

Please also note that in order for this to be a qualifying meet, we will require 2 timekeepers per lane. We request that each swimmer supply 1 timekeeper so that we are able to fulfil this requirement. Many thanks. Swimmers aged 13 or over may be requested to timekeep when not swimming.

Conditions of Meet Entry
• ONE START RULE will apply
• SV 11/Under Swim Suit Rule Applies.
• Medals will be presented to the first three swimmers in the following age groups for male and female: 11/u and 12/13yr.
• Age as at day of the meet.
• Event will be swum on a mixed time trial basis, seeded by entry time.
• Entries close 6pm Monday 1st September
• LATE ENTRIES will not be accepted and NO REFUNDS.
