DESCRIPTION:Proposed qualifying Meet – Doors open 9am\, Warm up 9:15am\, Racing starts 10am \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDownload Flyer\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDownload Results \n\n\n\nDownload Meet Program \n\n\n\nDownload Timeline \n\n\n\nDownload Club Timekeeper Lane Allocation \n\n\n\nDownload Entry List  (at 28/03/2023) – please check this list carefully (including entry times) and if there are any errors please let me know by 10am tomorrow (Wednesday) morning entries@midlands-swimming.org.au \n\n\n\nDistrict Championship information: \n\n\n\n\nOnly open to Members of Midlands District 16 clubs (Ballarat based clubs)\n\n\n\nSwimmers must have been registered with a Midlands District Club for at least 6 weeks prior to the Championships to be eligible for Medals\, Points and Awards in District Championship events. \n\n\n\nMidlands District swimmers must swim at least TWO individual championship events to be eligible for ANY Midlands District Trophy or Award.  \n\n\n\nMedals will be awarded to the fastest three swimmers\, in each 13 & Under Individual Event\n\n\n\nIt is the swimmer’s responsibility to collect medals on the day of the competition. No medals will be available for later collection.\n\n\n\nDistrict Age Group Champion Trophies for the top point scoring Male and Female swimmer in each of the following age groups 9/U\, 10/11\, 12/13\, 14/15\, 16/17 & 18/O (presented at MDASA Awards night)\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nRelay information: \n\n\n\n\nRelay entry via Swim Central. Alternatively\, TM files or manual entry welcome for Relay entries ONLY. Email relay entry details (Club & # of teams for each event) and remittance advice to entries@midlands-swimming.org.au by 6pm Tuesday 28th March.\n\n\n\nPayment must be made prior to the meet by direct deposit to:\n\nName: Midland District Amateur Swimming Association\, BSB: 633 000\, Account#: 110213287\, Reference: RelayClubname\n\n\n\n\n\nNo limit to number of teams entered\n\n\n\nOnly the points gained by the fastest 2 teams for any one club in that event will be included when calculating the overall winner of the District Relay Shield.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOther information: \n\n\n\n\nONE START RULE will apply\n\n\n\nAge as at day of the meet\n\n\n\n11 & Under Swimsuit Rule applies \n\n\n\nThe Meet Director reserves the right to cancel/ merge events or alter the program as required.\n\n\n\nThe Referee’s decisions will be final.\n\n\n\nAll events are timed finals\n\n\n\nMDASA reserves the right to close online entries early to accommodate time restraints/ venue capacity. \n\n\n\nEntry Fees will not be refunded.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCovid-19 information: \n\n\n\n\nNominees agree to adhere to Victorian Covid Rules and Restrictions in place at time of Meet\, in addition to any Venue specific requirements and SV’s COVID-19 Terms & Conditions.\n\n\n\nIf you are feeling sick or have symptoms of COVID-19\, DO NOT ATTEND this competition.
